The Mat Inspired TK11EX Extension Set allows you to quickly and accurately detect the presence of Chromium-6 on a wide range of surfaces and in liquid samples, including dust layers, deposits, wet residues, and fluid droplets. Designed to be used alongside the TK11 Chromium-6 Detection Test Kit, this extension set provides everything needed to carry out up to 25 tests.

Using the included collector swab, samples can be gathered from contaminated surfaces or liquids and transferred to the provided mixing bowls, where they are tested using the standard TK11 test swab. This straightforward process ensures reliable and consistent results every time.

The TK11EX Extension Set expands on the capabilities of the standard TK11 kit by enabling the testing of liquid samples, including even the smallest droplets on a surface. When testing dirt or particulate matter, the method prevents contamination or discolouration of the test swab, ensuring the characteristic purple colour change indicating the presence of Chromium-6 remains clearly visible. Importantly, no reagents come into direct contact with the surface or object being examined, preserving its integrity throughout the testing process.
